Apartment and condo moves come with a different set of headaches than a house — building coordination, elevator reservations, HOA-mandated move windows, and parking that isn’t always right at the door. We see the most of this in Kirkland high-rises near downtown, Redmond complexes close to the Microsoft campus, and the newer buildings around Canyon Park in Bothell.
Before move day, our office calls ahead to confirm elevator booking times, loading dock access, and any certificate-of-insurance paperwork your building management requires — that call happens once, not the morning of, when everyone’s already stressed. $150 books your date, and we build the building’s specific rules into the crew’s schedule.
Pricing runs the same hourly structure as any local move — $145/hr for two movers up to $233/hr for four, $44/hr per additional mover — and most one- and two-bedroom apartment moves finish inside a single elevator-reservation window when we’ve planned for it in advance.
Stairs matter too: a third-floor walk-up in an older Bothell building takes longer than a ground-floor unit with a loading dock, and we account for that in the estimate rather than charging it as a surprise add-on later.

What You’ll Pay
Two ways to book it: $145/hr for a two-mover crew, or a flat rate by bedroom count starting at $2,200 for four-bedroom-plus homes if you’d rather lock in a total up front
Truck, blankets, and dollies are built into the rate, not billed as extras: $145 for two movers, $189 for three, $233 for four, each added mover after that at $44 an hour, or a flat $2,200 to $2,950 for four-bedroom-plus homes if you’d rather skip the clock — a $150 deposit applies either way. Basic released-value coverage rides free on every job, and Gavin will walk you through the full replacement-value upgrade on the estimate visit if you want the higher payout ceiling locked in before move day.
