Full-service packing gets booked most often ahead of long-distance moves and by households with a kitchen full of glassware, a home office nobody’s touched in years, or a garage that’s been “getting organized eventually” since 2019. We pack a full Bothell-area house — kitchen, closets, garage — in one to two days depending on size.
Kitchens and anything fragile — dishware, glassware, framed art, mirrors — get dish-pack boxes, cell kits, and picture crates rather than generic cartons, because that’s where damage claims actually come from. Electronics get original boxes when we have them, or foam-lined cartons when we don’t.
We can pack the whole house, or just the rooms you don’t want to touch — a lot of Kenmore and Mill Creek clients ask us to handle the kitchen and garage while they pack clothes and personal items themselves. Either way, packing gets scoped and priced at the same estimate visit as the move itself, so there’s one number, not two separate quotes.
Boxes and packing materials are included in the packing quote, not billed separately afterward, and everything gets labeled by room so unpacking at the other end goes faster too.

What You’ll Pay
Two ways to book it: $145/hr for a two-mover crew, or a flat rate by bedroom count starting at $2,200 for four-bedroom-plus homes if you’d rather lock in a total up front
Truck, blankets, and dollies are built into the rate, not billed as extras: $145 for two movers, $189 for three, $233 for four, each added mover after that at $44 an hour, or a flat $2,200 to $2,950 for four-bedroom-plus homes if you’d rather skip the clock — a $150 deposit applies either way. Basic released-value coverage rides free on every job, and Gavin will walk you through the full replacement-value upgrade on the estimate visit if you want the higher payout ceiling locked in before move day.
