Pricing is by household size: studio and 1-bedroom contents run $99/month, 2- to 3-bedroom households run $165/month, and 4-bedroom-plus households run $245/month. Most clients use it for a month or two while they close on a house or wait out a lease overlap in Kenmore or Mountlake Terrace.
Everything gets inventoried and padded the same way it would for a straight-through move, so items coming out of storage six weeks later arrive in the same condition they went in — no re-quoting, no separate storage company to deal with.
Storage bookings can be added to an existing move estimate or set up on their own if you’re just trying to buy time between a sale closing and a new lease starting.

Two ways to book it: $145/hr for a two-mover crew, or a flat rate by bedroom count starting at $2,200 for four-bedroom-plus homes if you’d rather lock in a total up front
Truck, blankets, and dollies are built into the rate, not billed as extras: $145 for two movers, $189 for three, $233 for four, each added mover after that at $44 an hour, or a flat $2,200 to $2,950 for four-bedroom-plus homes if you’d rather skip the clock — a $150 deposit applies either way.
